Job summary

Tenzing Limited is seeking an experienced M365 Information Management Specialist in Auckland to help clients unlock Microsoft 365 collaboration potential. You will design solutions for information management, configure SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive, and ensure NZ security, privacy, and legislative requirements are met.

You will turn information management strategies into real-world architecture and governance, create clear documentation and training, and provide hands-on knowledge transfer for

Qualifications

5+ years in information management with lifecycle and regulatory knowledge.
Ability to communicate information management concepts to stakeholders.
Experience delivering training on M365 collaboration tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions for information management.
Configure SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive in line with best practices.
Ensure security, privacy, and regulatory compliance across environments.
Create documentation and training resources and transfer knowledge to clients.
