Job summary

Tenzing is seeking an experienced Microsoft Solution Architect to work with clients across New Zealand and Australia, translating business needs into scalable Microsoft-based solutions. You’ll lead architecture engagements across M365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform, shaping strategy and fostering executive alignment.

You will facilitate workshops, guide delivery teams, and ensure governance, security, and data considerations are integrated into design.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Microsoft solutions within consulting or complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to lead client-facing architecture engagements from discovery to delivery.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, security, governance, compliance, integration and identity management.
• Knowledge of data concepts including data integration, modelling, governance, metadata, quality, reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand objectives and provide trusted architecture advice.
• Lead solution architecture engagements across Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Copilot, Dynamics 365.
• Design end-to-end solutions balancing business outcomes, UX, security, governance and scalability.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements to shape direction and roadmaps.
• Provide architecture leadership throughout delivery, aligning with best practices and transformation goals.
• Support pre-sales with pragmatic options, estimates, risks and delivery approaches.
