Job summary
Datacom in New Zealand is seeking a Microsoft 365 Specialist to join our Microsoft 365 Centre of Excellence. You’ll be the technical escalation point delivering first-class experiences and guiding clients toward adoption and continuous improvement across the Microsoft 365 stack.
This role covers workload data, files, communications, security and identity management, across NZ offices. NZ citizenship or permanent residency required for relevant clearances.
Qualifications
- Experience as an ICT Professional Services engineer specializing in Microsoft 365.
- Proven ability to deliver a first-class experience to customers using Modern Workplace services.
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 workloads including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical escalation point for the Microsoft 365 Centre of Excellence.
- Deliver first-class customer experiences and guide adoption of Microsoft 365 workloads.
- Support workloads spanning data, files, communications and collaboration, security and identity management.
