Advieh at InterContinental Queenstown is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead service across breakfast, lunch, dinner and in-room dining, rotating through areas and mentoring staff. You will ensure guest experiences meet luxury standards, manage reservations and guest flow, maintain health and safety standards, and collaborate with culinary, bar and front‑of‑house teams.

Competenze

• Previous experience supervising a food and beverage team in a premium restaurant, bar or hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant and bar operations, with barista and mixology experience highly regarded.
• A genuine passion for exceptional guest experiences, with the ability to coach and inspire your team to deliver warm, personalised service.
• Confident communication and interpersonal skills, and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues across the hotel.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to lead calmly and efficiently during busy service periods.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Valid working rights in New Zealand.
