Sherwood Queenstown, part of EVT Group, seeks a Food & Beverage Duty Manager to oversee daily operations and guest service in a luxury boutique setting perched above Lake Wakatipu.

Reporting to the F&B/Venue Manager, you will lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams, resolve guest requests, and help maximise revenue while upholding safety and RSA standards. This full-time role requires a minimum 30 hours per week in Queenstown.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and decision-making under pressure.
• Knowledge of liquor licensing and WH&S requirements.

Aufgaben

• Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations during shifts.
• Assist with guest requests and resolve issues professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen, events and security teams to maintain service standards.
• Maximise spend per head and overall revenue.
• Maintain RSA and security procedures; lead crisis response when needed.
