Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu costing and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in relevant POS systems and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and room service.
• Train, motivate, and manage F&B staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards in food preparation and service areas.
• Manage inventory, conduct stock takes, and control costs related to food, beverage, and supplies.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues related to food and beverage service promptly.
• Assist in menu planning, promotions, and special events to drive revenue and enhance guest experience.
