Job summary

Rendezvous Heritage Hotel Queenstown, part of TFE Hotels, seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily service, coach staff and ensure guest excellence.

You will oversee rostering, service standards and safety compliance, working across the hotel's Mackenzies Restaurant & Bar. A hands-on leader with RSA and food safety experience will thrive in our fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Current RSA certification (where required).
• Food Safety or Food Handling Certificate (where required).
• Leadership or Hospitality qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during service to deliver exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
• Provide day-to-day coaching, guidance and support to Food & Beverage team members.
• Monitor service standards and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery across the venue.
• Support rostering, onboarding and capability development of team members.
• Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety and RSA requirements.
• Assist with stock control, ordering and operational planning.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive and high-performing team culture.
