Job summary

SO/ Auckland, part of Ennismore, seeks a Permanent Full-Time Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead the F&B team and deliver an exceptional guest experience at SO/ Auckland. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication and a passion for luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, coaching the team, upselling menu and hotel services, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences across the boutique hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Articulate verbal communication and passion for building rapport with guests.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including late nights, holidays and weekends.
• Exceptional grooming and professional appearance.
• Experience in supervising a F&B team in a luxury/hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of menu and hotel services to upsell and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the smooth operation of the Food & Beverage department.
• Create a seamless dining experience, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued.
• Maintain constant communication with all departments.
• Ensure team is confident in selling menu and hotel services.
• Supervise the team on duty to deliver the best guest experience.
• Guide and train the team on policy, procedures and product knowledge.
• Develop a sales approach and drive business through engagement.
