Job summary

So/ in Auckland seeks a hands-on Food & Beverage supervisor to guide a talented team, ensuring an exceptional guest experience across all outlets. You will lead shifts, coach staff, and uphold brand standards while promoting loyalty programs and cross-department collaboration.

The role requires strong communication, flexibility with shifts, and the ability to perform under pressure in a high-end hotel environment. A background in hospitality at a 4- or 5-star property is preferred.

Qualifications

• Articulate verbal communication and passion for building a rapport with our guests.
• Be flexible - you are required to work a variety of shifts, including late nights, public holidays and weekends.
• Ability to work well under pressure, think on your feet and ability to make quick decisions.
• Prior Food and Beverage experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment.
• Exceptional grooming and communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the smooth operation of the Food & Beverage department.
• Create a seamless dining experience for guests, making everyone feel welcome and valued.
• Maintain constant communication with all departments.
• Ensure all team members are confident and competent in selling menu items, beverages and hotel services.
• Supervise the team on duty to ensure duties are completed and guests receive the best possible experience.
• Supervise, guide and train the team in departmental policy, procedures and product knowledge.
• Develop a sales approach and passion for driving and generating business.
• Promote and communicate ALL (Accor Live Limitless) and Ennismore loyalty memberships as key programs.
