Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Auckland is seeking an enthusiastic and service-focused Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our award-winning Advieh team. You will oversee daily service across breakfast, lunch, dinner and in-room dining, leading by example to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Reporting to the Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will rotate through service areas, coach junior colleagues, and collaborate with culinary and front-of-house teams to uphold high standards while supporting

Qualifications

Experience supervising a food & beverage team in a premium restaurant, bar or hotel.
Strong knowledge of restaurant and bar operations and service standards.
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with coaching ability.

Responsibilities

Guest Service – warmly greet and engage with guests for a memorable dining experience.
Operations – oversee service across breakfast to dinner and in-room dining.
Hands-On Support – lead by example during peak times in the floor and bar.
Team Development – supervise training and foster a collaborative team culture.
Collaboration – work with culinary, bar, and front-of-house teams to ensure quality.
Guest Recovery – address guest concerns professionally to ensure positive outcomes.
Standards & Compliance – maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Responsible Business – support sustainability initiatives and energy conservation.
