Mövenpick Hotel Auckland is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our F&B team. You will supervise service delivery, maintain high standards, and ensure guest experiences meet our 4- and 5-star expectations in a vibrant hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or team leader experience.
• Deep knowledge of beer, wine, spirits and cocktails.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues.
• A genuine passion for people, food and guest experience.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage department.
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate team members on shift.
• Ensure friendly and professional service for all guests.
• Act on guest feedback quickly and thoughtfully.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and service standards.
• Train, coach and develop team members for product knowledge and 5-star service.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
• Support departmental financial performance including stock management and upselling.
