Job summary

SO/ Auckland seeks a Permanent Full-Time Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead a hands-on team in delivering exceptional guest experiences on the hotel floor. You will oversee daily F&B operations, train staff, and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth service and sales excellence.

The role requires a hospitality degree or supervisory experience, LCQ and First Aid credentials, and flexibility to work late nights, holidays, and weekends in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• NZ Masters or Bachelor's in Hospitality or 2 years supervisory experience.
• Articulate verbal communication and guest rapport.
• Current LCQ certificate, First Aid certified, and Managers Certificate for Alcohol Licensing.
• Flexible - willingness to work late nights, public holidays and weekends.
• Experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment with grooming standards.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the smooth operation of the Food & Beverage department.
• Creating a seamless dining experience for our guests, making everyone feel welcome and valued.
• Constant communication with all departments.
• Ensuring team members are confident in selling menu items, beverages and services.
• Supervise the on-duty team to ensure duties are completed and guests receive the best experience.
• Supervising, guiding and training the team in policy, procedures and product knowledge.
• Develop a sales approach and drive business growth.
• Promote Accor Live Limitless and Ennismore loyalty memberships.
