Job summary

JVC Ltd in Auckland CBD is a luxury salon seeking confident, highly organised Reception / Front of House professionals to join our team. Must be available to work weekends and evenings on a rotating roster (20–40 hours per week).

You will be the first point of contact for clients, manage appointments, handle enquiries by phone and email, and assist with daily operations. A premium client experience is at the heart of this role.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work weekends and evenings.
• Experience in front-of-house or reception.
• Excellent customer service is essential.
