Next Gen Clubs is seeking a friendly and professional front-desk host to greet members and visitors at our Auckland club. You will be the first point of engagement, delivering exceptional service in a 7-day operation and helping create a welcoming, 5-star experience for members and guests.

Applicants should be immaculately presented with strong communication skills and prior reception or concierge experience.

• Immaculate presentation and professional appearance.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in a reception, member concierge or similar role.
• Positive, energetic and flexible team player with a passion for high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and visitors and engage as the first point of contact.
• Provide information and assistance to members and guests.
• Maintain a welcoming, tidy reception area and support club operations.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth front-desk operations.
