Job summary

ALH Auckland is seeking a reliable Warehouse Administrator to join our busy logistics team in Auckland. You will assist with day-to-day administration and coordination of stock, working with customers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure orders and inventory are processed accurately.

Key duties include processing incoming stock, outbound orders, manifests, and keeping inventory up to date using the inventory system.

Qualifications

• Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organised approach.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Bonus if you have used E-Certs before.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming containers and stock.
• Prepare and process outbound orders.
• Prepare manifests and other relevant documentation.
• Update and manage stock using the inventory system.
• Ensure all information is entered accurately and kept up to date.
