Job summary

Landpower is seeking a highly organised Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end wholesale machinery delivery across New Zealand. You will coordinate movement, maintain ERP data, and handle dispatch/returns to ensure machines meet specification and saleable condition.

Working with suppliers, freight providers, dealers, and internal teams, you’ll ensure seamless operations, accurate documentation, and robust support across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
• Excellent data accuracy and documentation discipline.
• Strong organisation and time management; able to prioritise.
• Clear communication and collaborative approach with internal/external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ERP and Excel; familiarity with freight/shipping processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery and movement of machinery across New Zealand.
• Provide admin and logistics support for orders, stock, and invoicing.
• Assist Product Team with machine information, relocations, and demonstrations.
• Maintain ERP/logistics records and pursue process improvements.
