Job summary

Lending Choice is seeking a Lending Support Specialist in Canterbury to assist the mortgage adviser and credit analyst through the client journey from application to settlement.

You will manage client files, gather documents, and keep clients informed while coordinating with lenders and solicitors. This role requires detail orientation, initiative, and teamwork in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Business or finance degree preferred.
• Early-career candidates welcome, long-term lending focus.

Responsibilities

• Managing client files throughout defined key stages of our lending process
• Requesting, reviewing, and following up on supporting documents
• Communicating regularly with clients and keeping them informed
• Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and internal team members
• Tracking loan progress, conditions, and key deadlines
• All helping to make the lending process feel straightforward, and stress-free for clients.
