We're looking for a sharp, organised, and proactive individual to join our team as a Lending Support Specialist - a key support role working alongside our mortgage adviser and credit analyst to help manage the client journey from application through to settlement.
You'll be joining a business led by a highly experienced mortgage adviser who has spent the past 20+ years helping clients navigate everything from first home purchases through to complex business and investment lending. Having grown almost entirely through referrals and word of mouth, Lending Choice has built long-term client relationships based on trust, communication, and results.
From communicating with clients and lenders to managing documents and timelines, no two days look exactly the same. This role suits someone who enjoys responsibility, communicates confidently, picks things up quickly, and thrives in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift throughout the day.
Managing client files throughout defined key stages of our lending process
Requesting, reviewing, and following up on supporting documents
Communicating regularly with clients and keeping them informed
Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and internal team members
Tracking loan progress, conditions, and key deadlines
All helping to make the lending process feel straightforward, and stress-free for clients.
