Job summary

Haven in Auckland is seeking a Mortgage Support Specialist to join our mortgage team. You will support mortgage advisers by submitting and tracking home loan applications and handling client documentation with precision.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in a detail-oriented admin role, strong communication, and experience with CRM systems. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment and help ensure compliant, efficient lending experiences for clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in an administrative role with detail and compliance focus.
• Experience handling high-volume paperwork with accuracy.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Submit and track home loan applications
• Collate, verify and organise required client documentation
• Maintain a sound understanding of the mortgage market and its regulations
• Conduct pre-submission quality control checks to ensure documentation meets lender guidelines and regulatory standards
• Be the primary contact for our Mortgage Advisers to help resolve queries promptly
• Handle administrative queries and workflows
