Qualifications

• NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) for Residential Property Lending is required.
• Experience in mortgage advising or broking within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products and the home loan process.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand financial circumstances and borrowing needs.
• Assess eligibility and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
• Prepare loan applications and supporting documentation.
• Explain terms, rates, and repayment options clearly to clients.
• Maintain accurate client records and comply with regulations.
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, valuers, and others to facilitate processing.
