Job summary

• Experience leading high-end luxury hospitality.
• Proven ability to independently run service when senior managers are absent.
• Strong coaching and development skills for F&B team.
• Excellent guest service and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant service and allocate team responsibilities.
• Run the restaurant independently when senior managers are absent.
• Train, coach and develop the F&B team.
• Deliver high-level table, wine, coffee and bar service.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and wider hospitality team.
• Oversee setup, reservations, closing procedures and shift reporting.
• Support POS, stocktake and operational compliance.
• Maintain strong knowledge of member preferences and discreet service.
• Work across a varied roster for daytime, evening and special events.
• Support private dinners, weddings, birthdays and events.
