Aufgaben

• Lead restaurant service and allocate team responsibilities
• Run the restaurant independently when senior managers are absent
• Train, coach and develop the F&B team
• Deliver high-level table, wine, coffee and bar service
• Coordinate with the kitchen and hospitality team
• Oversee setup, reservations, closing procedures and shift reporting
• Support POS, stocktake and operational compliance
• Know member preferences and deliver personalised service
• Work across roaster for daytime and evening service
• Manage private dinners, weddings, events and special occasions
