Langham Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor for Our Land at Cordis, Auckland. This permanent full-time role oversees busy service, private bookings and events, with 40 hours per week and $30.50–$31.50 per hour.

Join a renowned luxury hotel and lead a Kiwi-inspired beverage and dining experience. You will supervise the bar and dining service, guide the team, and ensure standards, health & safety, and guest satisfaction are top priorities.

Qualifications

• At least two years in Food & Beverage with a supervisory/leadership role.
• Experience in a busy cocktail bar, hotel bar or high-volume hospitality.
• Strong cocktail knowledge and a focus on guest experience.
• Experience briefing staff, allocating duties and leading during service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day bar and food service operations.
• Lead and coordinate F&B colleagues across each shift.
• Ensure bar, courtyard and venue spaces meet standards.
• Allocate duties, brief staff, provide clear direction.
• Support venue hire and private events from set-up to pack-down.
• Create kiwi-inspired cocktail and food experiences for guests.
• Monitor service standards and address issues quickly.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Ensure food safety and Health & Safety compliance.
• Assist with stock control, costing, cash handling and billing.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally.
