Cordis, Auckland by Langham Hospitality Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor – Banquets to lead and oversee large events in Auckland’s premier hotel. You will supervise banqueting operations, coordinate with Kitchen and Events teams, and ensure seamless service during conferences, weddings and high-volume functions.

With a minimum of three years’ Food & Beverage experience in a supervisory role, you’ll thrive in a busy, guest-focused environment.

Competenze

• At least three years in Food & Beverage with supervisory or senior operational experience.
• Experience in large hotel, convention, or high-volume events environment.
• Experience supervising large Banquets functions and events.
• Strong knowledge of Banquets setup, service and pack-down.
• Excellent guest service and ability to handle guest requests under pressure.

• Supervise day-to-day operation of Banquets functions and large-scale events.
• Lead, support and coordinate Food & Beverage colleagues during service.
• Assist with planning, set-up, service and pack-down of conferences, weddings and events.
• Ensure spaces are set and presented to hotel standards and event requirements.
• Coordinate with Banquets leadership, Kitchen and Events for smooth delivery.
• Provide clear direction, brief staff, and monitor service standards.
