You will manage land development projects across Wanaka and the wider Central Otago region, coordinating consultants, contractors and authorities from concept to delivery.

The role suits an Intermediate or Senior professional with 5+ years in Civil Engineering or Project Management, aiming to take on leadership responsibilities and help grow the Wanaka team.

Qualifications

Land Development Project Manager | Wanaka

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing a range of land development projects throughout Wanaka and the wider Central Otago region.

Working closely with clients, contractors, consultants and local authorities, you will take projects from initial concept through to delivery, ensuring they are managed effectively and delivered to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing land development and sub division projects
• Coordinating consultants, contractors and stakeholders
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Managing project programmes, budgets and delivery

What We're Looking For

We are open to speaking with people from either a Civil Engineering or Project Management background.

To be successful, you will ideally have:
