Fluid Recruitment is assisting a well-established local firm in Wanaka/Central Otago to recruit a Land Development Project Manager. You will manage land development projects across Wanaka and the wider Central Otago region, coordinating consultants, contractors and authorities from concept to delivery.

The role suits an Intermediate or Senior professional with 5+ years in Civil Engineering or Project Management, aiming to take on leadership responsibilities and help grow the Wanaka team.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience within Civil Engineering or Project Management.
• Experience working on land development or subdivision projects.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Interest in progressing into a leadership position.
• Open to Intermediate or Senior level candidates.
