Job summary

Franklin Smith Group in Christchurch, South Island, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their civil construction team in the Canterbury region. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse and exciting civil projects while prioritizing safety, service and quality.

You will support the Contract Manager, lead project teams and subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, with strong emphasis on health and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing infrastructure projects in New Zealand.
• Civil Engineering diploma, equivalent qualification, or comparable experience.
• Experience around 3 waters or roading projects preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Financial acumen for budget management.
• Experience leading diverse teams across various project types.
