Fullers360 is seeking an IT Support Engineer in Auckland to provide first and second-level tech support across offices, vessels, and remote sites. You will manage physical security and contribute to cyber security incident handling in a hands-on IT team.

The role requires rostered shifts including weekends/public holidays and flexibility for after-hours support, working from the Ferry Building in a dynamic travel environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first and second-level technical support across offices, vessels, and remote sites.
• Manage, maintain and document physical security (locks, cameras, safes).
• Monitor, resolve and patch cybersecurity incidents, breaches and vulnerabilities.
• Rostered shifts including weekends and public holidays; after-hours remote support as needed.
• Collaborate with IT team to ensure high service availability.
