Franklin Vets is a progressive veterinary practice supporting 16 locations across South Auckland, North Waikato and Coromandel. We’re seeking an capable IT Support professional to keep 300+ staff connected and productive across multiple clinics on a fixed-term, part-time basis.

Join a small IT team focused on helpdesk, SharePoint/Teams, onboarding, and proactive system improvements. The role involves 3–4 days per week, on-site at clinics, with some travel and a NZ driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• 1st line IT support experience across multi-site environments.
• Strong Microsoft 365 capability and helpdesk skills.
• Experience with SharePoint/Teams/Outlook/Forms and related tooling.
• Wifi, device provisioning, licensing, and access control knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for day-to-day IT support queries.
• Log, triage, and resolve tickets via the IT helpdesk system.
• Manage SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Forms, and user access.
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers to troubleshoot issues.
• Onboard/offboard users and manage hardware provisioning.
