Fingermark in Hastings, New Zealand, seeks a junior to intermediate IT Support Engineer to provide day-to-day internal tech support across a global team.

You’ll own end-user support, device management and access provisioning, while assisting onboarding and offboarding, networks, automation and security compliance across NZ, Australia, Brazil, the US, Canada and the Philippines.

Qualifikationen

• Experience providing end-user IT support or service desk operations.
• Able to manage user accounts and access controls (e.g., Google Workspace, Azure AD).
• Experience with macOS and Windows devices is preferred.
• Familiarity with onboarding/offboarding workflows and SaaS integrations is a plus.
