Flight Centre Travel Group is hiring a Technical Support Engineer based in Auckland. You will take ownership of escalated incidents and service requests, supporting enterprise technologies and collaborating with product and service teams.

The role emphasizes solving complex technical problems, delivering high-quality support, and contributing to continual improvement across our technology environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in onsite support, service desk or similar IT role.
• Strong hardware, software, OS, and enterprise tech troubleshooting skills.
• IT degree desirable; industry certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex hardware, software, and infrastructure issues while managing escalated incidents.
• Install, configure, maintain, and optimise operating systems, enterprise platforms and user environments.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive work environment for Flight Centre team members.
