We are looking for a Systems Engineer - Infrastructure to join Awanui Group's IT Shared Services team. Reporting to the Infrastructure Team Leaders, you will help provide reliable ICT services and support the technology our people use every day.
This varied, hands‑on role covers computers, operating systems, applications, servers, phone systems, printers, and related technology. You will monitor and maintain systems, resolve user issues, support incidents and changes, document solutions, contribute to automation and upgrades, and work with internal teams and external partners. You will also contribute to ICT projects and participate in after‑hours on‑call support when required.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 80 hours per fortnight and is based in Christchurch.
You’ll be a practical, customer-focused technology professional who enjoys solving problems and maintaining reliable services.
