Job summary

The University of Auckland is seeking an organised, relationship-focused Agent and Pathway Operations Adviser within the International Office. You will support the network of international education agents and pathway partners, ensuring compliant and effective recruitment partnerships and delivering positive outcomes for prospective students.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships.
• Understanding of the international higher education sector.
• Experience improving processes, systems and service delivery.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, including advanced Excel capability.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with proactive problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate agent communications with the University’s international education partners.
• Support contract and performance management activities for agents and partners.
• Oversee commission reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor compliance obligations and reporting requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, reporting and operations.
• Provide insights through reporting to inform strategic decisions.
