Job summary

The University of Auckland is seeking an organised, relationship-focused Agent and Pathway Operations Adviser in its International Office. You will coordinate communications with international education agents, support contracts, oversee commission reconciliation, and monitor compliance to ensure effective partnerships and outcomes for prospective students.

You'll analyze data and generate insights to inform strategic decisions, contributing to continuous improvement of systems and processes.

Qualifications

• A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships.
• Understanding of the international higher education sector.
• Experience improving processes, systems and service delivery.
• Financial administration, reconciliation, or commission management experience.
• Experience working with contracts, compliance requirements, or governance processes.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, including advanced Excel capability.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate agent communications and support contract/performance management.
