Waipapa Taumata Rau | The University of Auckland seeks an Agent and Pathway Operations Adviser in the International Office. You will support international education agents and pathway partners, coordinating communications, contracts, and performance management to ensure compliant, effective partnerships that deliver outcomes for prospective students.

This permanent full-time role (37.5 hours/week) sits within the International Future Students team, reporting to the Agent and Pathway Operations

Formación

• Tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Understanding of the international higher education sector.
• Experience improving processes, systems and service delivery.
• Experience with financial administration, reconciliation or commission management.
• Experience working with contracts, compliance or governance.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, including advanced Excel.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with proactive problem-solving.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in international student recruitment, admissions, education agencies, or project delivery is advantageous.

• Oversee commission reconciliation and compliance monitoring.
• Contribute to system, reporting and process improvements across operations.
