Job summary

Jora New Zealand is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage budgets, procurement, and commercial reporting across NZ commercial construction projects in Dunedin. The role requires 4–5 years of quantity surveying experience and a relevant qualification, with strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of Quantity Surveying experience.
• Experience working within NZ commercial construction.

• A good understanding of procurement, cost management, claims and variations.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with internal and external stakeholders.

About You

You'll ideally have:
