Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial management.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating/cost management software.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About the Role
