Rental HQ Property Management Limited – Waitakere, North Island
You’ll play a key role supporting our Property Managers by taking ownership of our routine property inspections and helping us find great tenants for our available properties across Auckland.
Your week will have plenty of variety. On designated inspection days, you’ll be out visiting properties across our portfolio, completing thorough routine inspections and providing our Property Managers and owners with clear, detailed reporting on the condition of their properties. On letting days, you’ll swap inspections for meeting prospective tenants, conducting property viewings and open homes, and helping showcase our available properties at their best. You’ll also be involved in preparing properties for marketing, including taking advertising photos and videos to help our listings stand out.
This role works a Tuesday to Saturday week, with Sunday and Monday as your regular days off.
We’re an established property management company based in Te Atatū Peninsula, managing residential properties across Auckland.
We’re proud to have a number of long-standing team members, and we think that says a lot about the environment we’ve created. People tend to stay at Rental HQ, which is why opportunities to join our team don’t come around very often.
We believe great property management isn’t delivered by one person working alone. Our Property Managers are supported by a wider team across inspections, letting, administration, client relationships and leadership. We’re an award-winning office, with our General Manager receiving the 2025 Manager of the Year – North Island Award, recognising the leadership and standards behind our team.
We invest in technology that makes property management better for our clients and our people, including detailed 360° property inspection technology and modern systems designed to make the job easier and more efficient.
You’ll be joining a team where people help each other, have a laugh, work hard and take pride in doing a great job for our clients.
