As a Property Manager, you’ll take ownership of your portfolio of residential properties, ensuring every home is well-maintained, tenanted and delivering strong returns for high-net-worth clients and investors.Key responsibilities as below.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including maintenance and repairs.
Conduct regular inspections and implement proactive upkeep.
Coordinate contractors and ensure cost-effective, high-quality work.
Maintain detailed property, compliance and financial records.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with tenants and landlords as well as high-net-worth clients.
Resolve issues quickly, professionally and with care and sensitivity.
Provide strategic advice high-profile clients to maximise investment returns.
Support long-term tenant retention and satisfaction.
Market and lease properties to high-quality tenants.
Manage applications, screenings, lease agreements, renewals and terminations.
Ensure timely rent collection and legal compliance.
Keep landlords updated on market trends and pricing insights.
Ensure all properties meet health, safety and legal requirements.
Stay current with the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA).
Handle inspections, insurance claims and risk mitigation proactively.
Identify and onboard new property management opportunities.
Help grow our portfolio through investor engagement.
Collaborate with marketing on property promotions.
Build networks and stay across local property trends.
