The Rent Shop is seeking an experienced, confident Property Manager to own an established residential portfolio in Auckland. You will build strong relationships with owners and tenants, deliver a high level of service, and help grow the portfolio while maintaining excellent communication.

We’re looking for an experienced, confident and relationship-focused Property Manager to take ownership of an established, high-quality residential portfolio. This is a fantastic full time opportunity for a Property Manager who has the experience to step into a well-run portfolio, build strong relationships with existing owners and tenants, and continue delivering the high level of service they expect.

Your Role:

Create value and deliver an industry leading experience for all clients.

Manage and expand a well-organised property portfolio.

Partner with our Business Development Manager for portfolio growth and retention.

Who You Are:

Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with people

Have an understanding of the dynamic world of property management

Independent, with strong problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with Palace Software, Renti and Tapi (advantageous, but not essential).

A collaborative team member.

Capable of quickly adapting and making rapid decisions, and hit the ground running.

Experience would be ideal - but not essential!
