Job summary

Inspire Real Estate in Greymouth, NZ is seeking a motivated Property Manager to join our friendly team on a part-time basis (15 hours/week). You will manage a small residential portfolio, handle tenancies, maintenance, inspections, and marketing of available properties, while supporting growth of our client base.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about people and property. NZ residency or valid work visa and a valid NZ driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Passionate about people and property.
• Confident and professional in communication.
• Tech-savvy with great attention to detail.
• A strong team player who’s motivated to grow.
• Experienced in property management or sales/new business (preferred but not essential).
• Holds a valid NZ driver’s licence and residency or valid work visa.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining great relationships with landlords and tenants
• Managing tenancies, maintenance, and inspections
• Marketing and letting available properties
• Proactively managing vacancies
• Assisting with insurance claims and attending Tribunal hearings when needed
• Signing up new business and helping expand our portfolio
