As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a residential property portfolio, ensuring landlords and tenants receive exceptional service. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and proactive management are key.
Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including inspections, tenant placement, rent collection, and maintenance coordination.
Deliver excellent customer service, responding promptly to landlord and tenant needs.
Conduct regular property inspections and provide clear, detailed reports.
Ensure properties are maintained to high standards, arranging repairs and renovations as required.
Market and advertise vacant properties to attract quality tenants.
Handle tenancy matters such as lease renewals, tenant inquiries, and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate property records and financial documentation.
Collaborate with the wider team to contribute to company success.
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager or in a similar real estate role.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and tenants.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritise effectively.
Sound knowledge of residential property management procedures and relevant legislation.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office applications.
A proactive, solutions-focused, and professional attitude.
A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
