Qualifications

• Proven customer service or sales experience in a trade or retail setting.
• Strong organization and accuracy in handling transactions and stock.
• Confident communicator with rapport-building skills.
• NZ resident or citizen is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and deliver proactive, friendly customer service
• Answer enquiries quickly via phone, email, and counter
• Complete sales transactions accurately and in line with branch processes
• Enter customer, sales, and stock information promptly
• Manage stock movement, returns, and replacements
• Maintain a tidy, safe branch environment and assist with general activities
