Job summary

Transpower New Zealand Limited is seeking a proactive Project/Programme Coordinator in Ōtara, Auckland. You will support end-to-end project coordination, working with Project Managers and the finance team to forecast finances, process invoices, manage accruals and produce variance reports.

You will monitor project performance metrics, contribute to continuous improvement and help ensure efficient project delivery across multiple infrastructure projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Strong financial acumen and ability to forecast, track costs and report variances.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills to manage multiple projects.
• Experience coordinating project teams and stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project coordination support across the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and finance to support forecasting, invoicing, accruals and variance reporting.
• Monitor project reports and performance metrics; contribute to process improvements.
• Loster opportunities for greater efficiency and share knowledge with the team.
