Job summary

Transpower New Zealand Limited is seeking a proactive Project/Programme Coordinator to support Grid Delivery projects. You will manage coordination across multiple projects, maintain accurate information, and build strong stakeholder relationships in a busy environment.

You’ll bring solid financial acumen, attention to detail and experience in project coordination, with advanced Excel and Office 365 skills. Based in New Zealand, the role offers permanent benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Outstanding organisational and coordination skills.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with financial management systems.
• Experience in project or programme coordination.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify issues and exceptions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Office 365, including Excel; knowledge of Microsoft Project or Oracle/SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple project professionals as the key point of contact for project coordination and information across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and support financial management including project forecasting, invoicing, accruals and variance reporting.
• Monitor and analyse project reports and performance metrics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and identify opportunities for greater efficiency.
