Job summary

Transpower in Ōtara Auckland seeks a proactive Project/Programme Coordinator to support multiple grid infrastructure projects and act as a central point for coordination and information across the project lifecycle.

You will work closely with Project Managers, manage concurrent activities, ensure accurate documentation, and build strong stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and coordination abilities to manage multiple projects
• Solid financial acumen and familiarity with financial management systems
• Experience or strong interest in project or programme coordination
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end project coordination and act as the main point of contact across project lifecycles
• Coordinate and support financial management including forecasting, invoicing, accruals and variance reporting
• Monitor and analyse project reports and performance metrics
• Contribute to continuous improvement and identify opportunities for efficiency
