Job summary

Transpower New Zealand Limited (TPNZ) in Auckland is seeking a proactive Project/Programme Coordinator based in Ōtara to support the delivery of multiple infrastructure projects across New Zealand. You will provide end-to-end project support, coordinate with Project Managers and the finance team, manage information flows and reporting, and help drive efficiency in a fast-paced national team.

The role requires strong admin and coordination skills, financial acumen and a collaborative mindset,

Qualifications

Outstanding organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and keep projects running smoothly.
Sound financial acumen and familiarity with financial management systems.
Experience (or a strong interest in) project or programme coordination.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and exceptions.
Advanced capability using Microsoft Office and Office 365, Excel and ideally Microsoft Project or Oracle/SAP.

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end support to Grid Delivery Project Managers across the project lifecycle.
Coordinate financial management including forecasting, invoicing, accruals and variance reporting.
Monitor and analyse project reports and performance metrics.
Contribute to continuous improvement and efficiency opportunities.
