Job summary

Transpower is seeking a proactive Project/Programme Coordinator based in Ōtara, Auckland. You will support multiple capital projects across New Zealand, coordinating activities, managing information, and assisting with financial forecasting and reporting.

You’ll work within Grid Delivery’s national support team, bring strong admin and communication skills, and help drive efficient project delivery with stakeholders and project managers in a busy, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Outstanding organisational, coordination and administrative skills.
• Sound financial acumen and familiarity with financial management systems.
• Experience (or strong interest) in project or programme coordination.

Responsibilities

• Supporting multiple project professionals as the key point of contact for project coordination and information across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinating and supporting financial management including project forecasting, invoicing, accruals and variance reporting.
• Monitoring and analysing project reports and performance metrics.
• Contributing to continuous improvement and identifying opportunities for greater efficiency.
