Job summary

Transpower New Zealand is seeking a proactive Project/Programme Coordinator based in Ōtara Auckland to support Grid Delivery Project Managers. You will coordinate activities for multiple projects, manage information and ensure efficient project support to enable high‑standard delivery.

You will work closely with the finance team on forecasting, invoicing and financial reporting, while building strong stakeholder relationships and driving continuous improvement in processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination within complex infrastructure environments.
• Sound financial acumen and familiarity with financial management systems.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support multiple project professionals across the project lifecycle.
• Support financial management including forecasting, invoicing, accruals and variance reporting.
• Monitor and analyse project reports and performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency.
