Levels 1 and 2 reflect increasing experience in Injury Rehabilitation Case Management, with appointments determined during recruitment. Salary is banded: Level 1 70,000–89,932 NZD and Level 2 77,502–103,336 NZD, with a generous benefits package including a 9% employer
